My role at Commsworld is focused on revenue assurance. On a day-to-day basis, I review supplier costs and ensure these are and aligned to our customer billing. This involves identifying discrepancies, investigating variances, and working closely with internal teams and vendors to address any issues.
As with many here I could be described as a player / manager, with 21 engineers reporting directly & indirectly. The job ranges from technical to social work and everything in between.
