JOB TITLE: Project Co-Ordinator         

ACCOUNTABLE TO: Project Manager / PMO

OFFICE BASE: Hybrid / Newbridge

SALARY: Depending on experience

 

Job Purpose

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting Project Managers and coordinating project activity within the Telecommunications environment.

Your responsibilities will include administrative support, scheduling, reporting, and documentation. You will also have the opportunity to independently manage smaller projects—an excellent pathway for career development in project management.

Knowledge / Skills / Background / Qualifications

 

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within Telecommunications or IT
  • Familiarity with structured project environments and governance
  •  Assist Project Managers in planning, scoping, and delivering projects
  •  Coordinate project activities and maintain project documentation
  •  Manage project schedules, reports, and communications
  • Strong communications skills, liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Independently manage smaller-scale projects from initiation to completion
