OFFICE BASE: Edinburgh / Hybrid
SALARY: Dependant on experience
We are looking for a proactive and organised Network Field Service Team Lead to oversee our field engineering team and ensure smooth delivery of network services. This role is critical in managing workloads, coordinating resources, and serving as the main escalation point for field operations. You will work closely with project managers, network engineers, and support teams to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
As a minimum you may be called upon to undertake all or some of these activities as required

- Manage and prioritise the Field Services ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate engineer schedules and resource allocation to meet workload demands.
- Act as the primary escalation point for service tickets and team queries.
- Serve as the main contact for other business units regarding field service inquiries.
- Authorise leave and manage team attendance.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.
- Organise and track training programs to maintain technical competency.
- Ensure team members have the required tools, PPE, and job documentation (RAMs, lone worker app usage).
- Maintain stock levels for consumables used by the field team.
- Liaise with project teams and customers to ensure deliver to timelines and customer expectations
Knowledge / Skills / Background / Qualifications

- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong understanding of networking hardware and field installation practices.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety compliance in field operations.
