Service Desk Team Leader
We are looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to join an existing team to assist in the support of our customers. This role will report to the Head of Service and will be responsible for the provision of Service Desk services to internal and external Customers.
- ITIL Service Desk Team Leader experience
- Be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, encourage and inspire team members
- Experience of quality management and governance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ensure team are performing to best of their ability and adhering to SLAs
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of IT industry would be an advantage
- Ensure all team members understand theirs and companies expectations and deliverables of their roles
- Develop and coach team members to improve performance and delivery of service
- Identify and manage training and development needs in line with company procedures
- Maintain and develop Service Desk processes to meet customer requirements and drive efficiency within the team
- Liaise with Project Services and other internal teams to onboard new customers and services
Up to 30k depending on experience.
