Job Purpose |
To Build a growing team of telesales and field sales agents, you will be tasked with building our new B2C customer base. Leading a team who are out on the streets, attending local events, meeting face-to-face or over the phone. You’ll know exactly what it takes to close a sale in these areas. Selling products and services in our local areas is what the job is all about. |

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a minimum you may be called upon to undertake all or some of these activities as required |

•Day to day leadership of your team in and out of the office •Inspiring, encouraging and coaching your team to break their targets •Management of leads, targets and KIP’s using our CRM tools. • Develop sales protocols and sales scripts to drive new business opportunities. We only sell the right way, so we have long term happy customers. •Collaborating with the marketing team to deliver content and sales literature. •Working with the Build team to plan the pipeline of sales areas. |

Professional Profile |
You will have successful background in face-to-face sales in a face paced environment. Experience in team leadership and setting up new sales systems would be advantages.
