Office / Base: Edinburgh
Salary: £25K (+ car allowance and commission)
Job Purpose
To offer faster broadband and Wi-Fi to communities that have been left behind. Our new Fibre Broadband will bring our customers right up to speed with some of the fastest in the UK. You will guide potential customers on their journey to better broadband and Wi-Fi and happy customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a minimum you may be called upon to undertake all or some of these activities as required:
- Field sales - B2C - in new areas across the central belt of Scotland
- Daily engagement with potential new customers.
- Positive engagement with customers by effectively closing sale opportunities
- Fastidious recordkeeping and updating of our database
- Exceptional customer care and customer expectation management.
Knowledge / Skills / Background / Qualifications
- Experience in direct face to face sales and telesales
- Understanding of technology how it can make our lives better
- Extremely organised and self-motivated
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbally
- Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
- good sense of humour and works well under pressure
- Reliable, dependable and resilient with the ability to handle rejection
- An understanding and experience of using prospect management
