Customer Service lead


ACCOUNTABLE TO: DISP Managing Director

OFFICE BASE: Edinburgh

SALARY: £45,000 - £50,000 (plus bonus)

Job Purpose

As the customer service lead, your first task will be to set up a consumer facing customer service desk. This will include

·Building a high-quality team to deliver outstanding customers service

·Setting the tone of how we communicate with our customers,

·Setting and maintaining an excellent customer service standards.

·Setting up of new software systems to deliver exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities

As a minimum you may be called upon to undertake all or some of these activities as required

•Build, lead and develop and customer service team to deliver exceptional service to our customers at all points of contact.

•Implement new software systems to deliver and enhance the customer experience with a focus on automation and early issue detection.

•Ensure all customer escalations are managed effectively across the business.

•Empower, engage, and grow your team.

•Work with colleagues across all teams to negotiate and influence customer and process improvements




Knowledge / Skills / Background / Qualifications



Professional Profile


You will have successful background in a high achieving customer service in a face paced environment. Experience in team leadership and setting up new software systems would be advantages.
