ISO AccreditationIt gives me great pleasure to confirm that Commsworld are now approved to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standard for ‘The provision of Voice and Data Communication networks, hardware and support systems’.

 

This is fantastic recognition of the way we work and our processes in our role of advising and supporting our clients.  The assessment covers all aspects of our processes and capabilities that are summarised as: -

 Capture of information electronically on CRM and SharePoint platforms.
 Comprehensive deployment of solutions using Prince2 methodologies and Project Management.
 Full support of all Systems, both on-site and remotely.
 Accurate billing of contracts.
 Formal Management reviews assessing measurement against all criteria.
