While the Icelandic Volcanic eruption is causing mayhem throughout the world, and who knows when things will get back to normal, it has not affected Commsworld.

Andy Arkle (Commsworld Director) has been ‘’stuck in Portugal’’ for almost a week. However this has had little, if indeed any, impact on our business. Andy still gets his DDI (Direct Dial In) calls and e mails as if he was still in the office.

Commsworld deployed converged communications a while back and are now reaping the benefits of this strategy.

We not only have employees permanently working abroad (Sam in India and Jill in Turkey) delivering service and value to our clients we also have the ability to react to unforeseen natural disasters such as this.
