We pride ourselves in having a team of well qualified, constantly
up-to-date field engineers. Part of the implications of being based
in Scotland is that you learn to be more self sufficient, and therefore
more knowledgeable, than a lot of our counterparts down South with
easier access to supplier support. We ensure our engineers are fully
trained in their relevant skill set ranging from Cabling engineers
with fibre skills, to fully qualified IT analysts conversant with
converged, integrated technologies. It
is the ability of our staff to support across the range of skill
sets that sets Commsworld apart from the rest of the field.
Customer Service Desk
We
have implemented a state of the art Customer Service Desk. The Service
Desk is linked to the PDA’s used by the engineers to ensure
fast notification of incidents, and a similarly prompt response
to customer issues. Using the new technology, our engineers have
full access to e-mail and the Internet in order to be able to source
information and software on-site without having to return to base.
Maintenance Contracts
There is a range of contract options available to suit the needs
of our customers.
- Standard Cover – Monday
to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00.
- Enhanced Cover – Monday
to Saturday, 08.00 to 18.00.
- Priority Cover – Monday
to Sunday, 24 hour.
Our contracts are fully costed, all inclusive
packages, with no hidden charges.
We will not add extra for parts or travel. You
can budget one figure for the year. |
