Commsworld installation of an Avaya INDeX System
Following
the request by VA TECH Peebles Transformers Ltd to Commsworld to
recommend a new telephone exchange and the subsequent agreement,
after a very in depth tendering process by ourselves, the change
over and implementation of the Avaya INDeX from our LG system was
very quick and went without a hitch.
Over the space of a weekend the Commsworld Network Services (LCR)
Division had swapped old with new and all of our employees were
able to function normally on the Monday when they returned to work.
We have since added to our system by purchasing a Videoconferencing
unit from Commsworld. They again carried out the work involved in
implementing this in a quick but professional manner.
The savings we have received have been a significant benefit to
us, as has the increased capability of our new System to cope with
the rigours of current and future communications advances. Malcolm
